"I've seen worse." Marty assured her. "And yeah I think you're right the guys will probably enjoy this place a lot more thanks to what Kinney has done to it." It might not be the sort of scene some of their own team felt at home in, but Marty could certainly see some of the young men here on base enjoying the changes.
"Well maybe, you're right about that much at least - I for one have no desire to even consider the idea that you might be able to change into a man. I like you just the way you are." He pulled her close and kissed her gently. "We'll leave the soldiers for Kinney, and I'll dance with you so he doesn't have to be offended."
"It's not stupid to think about the things you miss, even at a party - especially when it's the way you all were at parties that you miss right now." He glanced around the room briefly before looking back at her again.
