Entry tags:*complete, 2010 11, character: savannah monroe, dead: henrietta lange

RP: Savannah, Hetty
Who: Savannah, Hetty
Where: Memphis, New York
When: November 9, 2010
Summary: Savannah isn't in Kansas anymore, or Memphis either

Savannah had gone home to see her mother. She hadn't said anything about Marti and Dan, because she knew that it would show that her mother was right, and she was not. Just because they were jerks and they lied to her, it didn't mean that everyone was. People were generally nice, if you smiled and talked to them. Really, even people that had sneered at her were now her friends, because she had been nice despite everything. If people thought she was a little strange, so be it. She was happy and made people happy.

Except that her team wouldn't be happy if she was late.

She stepped on the gas of her environmentally friendly Prius, going a whole FIVE miles over the speed limit, when she saw something. She tried to break, but when she did, there was nothing there. Not even the street. And OMG was that man eating from the garbage can. She winced. Maybe she should give him some money for lunch. And maybe if she opened her door, she'd be raped and killed. Choices, choices. When did the neighborhood become so bad? Really, this was horrendous, but she couldn't let the man eat that stuff.

Savannah looked into her back and found her lunch. She took it out and then got out of the car, locking it again. "Sir... Sir... here, there's food here. My mother just insisted that I take it with me to the dorm, even if it's really unnecessary since we can all cook, but there's some lasagna. It's got no pork, so if you have any religious guidelines, you can probably still eat this. There's also some shrimp salad, unless your Jewish, in which case you can give it to some Christian friend." She kept talking while the man looked at her like she was crazy. She was only doing a good deed, why was it so strange? Still he grabbed the food and left.

Sighing, she went back to her car, determined to find the right way back to campus and not be late for cheers, when something hit her in the neck and she fell to the ground, unconscious.

"Because you've been lying to me since I got her! For all I know you're going to put me in that car, rape me, kill me and cut me to pieces," she answered.

"You've kidnapped me and have stolen my car, and now you want me to trust you and I should get into this car without knowing where you are taking me." She crossed arms. "I want to talk to my parents." Either that, or kick this woman and make a run for it. She was fast, very fast, and if they wanted to kill her, they could anyway. At least she'd try to make it out from this place.

"I have told you things you do not wish to believe." Hetty could certainly tell her more. But, that would be an exercise in futility until she was ready to listen to reason.

Nor was Hetty about to begin repeating herself. She'd told the girl where they were taking her, perhaps not as detailed as she would have liked. But, Hetty had told her. She'd tried to be understanding in her approach and gotten nothing but arguments. So, now, she was less so.

And the thoughts of escape, while they were standing on the street making a scene were all she needed to make this go by faster. One raised eyebrow at the security officer behind the girl was the signal for him to tranq her again. This situation needed to be contained. Now.

They could try this again when they got to the base.
