"Of course you're not." Peter rolled his eyes at the look Neal gave him. He really was good at that sort of thing, and it was probably what had helped him for so long, thankfully Peter was still unaffected by it.
Peter glanced around them, things were different - small things, the front of shops were different, makes of cars that rolled down the street in front of them were unfamiliar. He frowned looking up and down the street and then stopped when something over the line of buildings caught his eye.
"Please tell me you drugged me." Peter couldn't take his eyes off the pair of twin buildings that loomed over them. "This is part of a not so subtle plot on your part, right? Some new trick." Because Peter was not that agent who started seeing things, like buildings he knew to have been destroyed.
