"Oh right, that makes more sense. I thought you meant in case they had the radio bugged or something," she said with a smile. "They have to take it seriously. Otherwise more people could get hurt by not following their rules, right? I'm a creature of habit but mostly by circumstance. I know where to get everything I want in Dillon and Austin. New York?" She smiled. "Not so much."
"You seem quite good at just about everything if you don't mind me saying it," she said. "Is there anything you're not good at? I'm starting to feel like I did the equivalent of sitting in a dark room with a blindfold on throughout high school compared to you."
"No, it sounds good. I'm not that great at singing but I'm not too bad," she said. "Well, I don't think I am. You guys might think otherwise on Saturday morning. Do we rehearse at the club? What time?" she asked, hoping she'd get a bit of a lie-in. She thought she might make brunch for her roommates but she'd see what time she had to be at practice first.
