"I'm sure he'll appreciate it, even if he won't say it. He's... weird, but not bad at all once you get to know him. I think he takes a perverse pleasure in driving people nuts," she said, laughing, "but even he knew better than to mess with me while we were organizing this. He'd have to deal with me crying or having a fit."
She giggled. "Good, because we'll be dancing at our grandchildren's wedding by then, and we'll have to show them how great marriage is." She really didn't care in which dimension they'd end up, but she believed that they would be together until they died. No one would break this marriage.
"We get to go home together, and be husband and wife, and I know everyone thinks I'm ridiculous, but it feels different, it feels right to be with you completely and forever."
