Mandatory Intro Post:
Hi, I'm Envy, and I'm bringing you Hera. I've talked to several of you already, and look forward to getting to know you all. I think this game looks like it's going to be Awesome (with a capital A!). I love greek mythology, always have, and enjoy exploring the darker parts of these dieties psyches.
Hera is currently a professor in the Medical school at UCLA. She's lived most of the last few years as a midwife, with a few other professions sprinkled in to alleviate boredom. She also has a PhD in Molecular Genetics and is trying very hard to figure out a way to allow women to have children without recourse to a man.
The goddess of marriage thinks that its time to overhaul the system entirely, and is something of a radical feminist these days, although she hasn't quite gone so far as to be a lesbian. After all, women are freaking NUTS.
Anyway, I'd love to work out some lines with her family members, including her husband's various bastards, although those will likely be somewhat contentious.
As for me, I'm 34 and in EST. I work retail, so my hours suck and change but when I'm home I'm here at the computer. I'm slightly addicted to world of warcraft, although lately I just log on for raids (thus the slightly). My BA is in women's studies, so there will likely be some feminist rhetoric thrown around.
