Ok guys, so activity check is supposed to happen today, but there's been one thread posted this whole activity period. I'm as guilty as the next for not having posted. But this is obviously a very bad sign, so I need to see about a role call.

If you're still interested in the game, please reply and with which characters you're interested in playing still. If you're not feeling it, it's ok I understand and won't snap at anyone. Please just let me know who is still in so I can see about revising the game and getting some activity again.

I've had some personal issues come up this weekend and work was somewhat busy so I wasn't able to do any replies or anything like I wanted to. Things have stabilized with me so I'm good right now.

Hello everyone. I'm Lydia and I'm looking forward to bringing Cassie into your game. She's 24 and her life hasn't been terribly easy. It seems Apollo's gift/curse didn't end with her death. She still has dreams, although she doesn't tell people about them, and she feels horribly guilty when they come true. Anyway, lines would be love!

Another new player today, please welcome Lydia with Cassandra of Troy. She's having visions and is going to be providing Bryte and the Church of the New Crusaders with some ammunition to start a war against the gods. Hurray! Hi, everyone! I'm Lori. I've managed to squirm my way into the skin of Echidna and will be playing her as a lesser god. She knows who she is, but she hasn't been able to find any of her family. She's looking for Typhon and her children while trying to explore this whole mortal life. Speaking of being human, she really hasn't been human for that long. Echidna took the form of many of the hungriest man-eaters for most of the past thousand years. Feel free to browse her profile and hit me up if you have any ideas. Bryte needs to run into a few more gods and rub them the wrong way. Anyone fancy seeing a preacher at a shooting range?

I am back, I am utterly exhausted but all is good. Sorry for not getting a post up earlier today, after working long hours all weekend and getting back at 10PM Sunday night, I still had a full day of work today. Holds and apps are open again, as soon as my brain stops crit failing, I will be working on some advertisements and we'll see if we can't get some more lines for you guys.

The activity check has been done and we lost three characters: Hephaestus, Medusa and Paris. Friend button has been updated accordingly. The new activity period started today, so please make sure each of your characters are involved in a thread between today and the 1st in order to pass the next one.

I'm out of town until Monday for work, so hold and applications are not going to be processed until I get back. Once back, they will open back up and we will see if we can't do some recruitment. Feel free to start thinking up and posting any wanted lines or characters you may have.

So I realized the other day that my work schedule makes me do a lot of looking at my computer and going, damn I want to rp, and then not having the energy to plan such. So here I am, admitting I have a problem, usually defined by not having an follow through, so in some form of shock therapy here I am!

Short version, anyone want to play something with Dion(ysus) the bratty little brat he is?

Activity check is tomorrow. Any character who has not posted in the thread community by midnight, PST tomorrow will be removed.

Notifs are completely dead, at least for me. Not in spam or trash, just not there at all. This is making me insanely slow as I live off my email notifs.

If you've tagged me, please feel free and encouraged to inform me of this if you have AIM/email.

Hey guys, just a heads up that we will have our first activity check on Sunday, July 17th. This is a long activity period since everyone's been getting settled and finding their feet in the game. That said, please make sure each of your characters has been active in a thread on or before July 17th or we will have to show that character the door. Considering how long we've been open, this should be more than enough time. From this point on, activity checks will happen every 2 weeks like clockwork.

Point two, notifs are very hit and miss. I'm getting maybe one out of five, so if I haven't tagged or missed a mod question, poke me.

Last point, I will be out of town for a bit. ( More info down here. )

Any questions speak up, I have been giving some brainpower to how to do the weekly events/thread match-ups and will hopefully have something to show this weekend. Suggestions and further ideas on that are very welcome. Thanks for all the input and enthusiasm about that so far.

Hi gang, I have an idea I'd like to run past you all to see who likes and dislikes it. The basic idea is that once a week, once an activity check or once a month, depending upon how often you all want it, we will all organize an OOC thread to come up with a plot idea for one character. Stay with me, I'll explain(  below the cut. )

So, do you all like the idea? I think it could be a fun way to get thread ideas with inputs from other players and perhaps inspire some out of the box thinking and threads. If you guys do like, how often would you like to do these? Please keep in mind that the only way this will work is if at least several people participate in each thread to come up with ideas, so please factor that into your thoughts on how frequently this should happen.

So, I bring in Character Two.

Ares is currently living the life of a mobster. He's not the head man in charge, but he's got his own squad, Murder, INC. His 'face' is the bastard son of the bastard son of the last second in command of the Gambino family in New York. I think I need to edit my app that he came to LA to open a club for the family to launder money. Or at least over see it, as he isn't really going to do much of the work. That will give him a good place for random meets.

Anyway, other than Hephaestus hating him and Hebe having a crush on him that goes back to when they were fully-powered Gods, his son-reborn Deimos (who he's just not going to know what to make of lol), and of course his being the God who killed Bryte's old man (not that Bryte knows that yet), he's pretty open for lines. :D

The outline of the New Crusaders is up on the mod page, more info still needs to be added and clarified, though I do want to keep things a little fuzzy, as really... we don't need to invent a whole religious doctrine for the game. Feel free to ask or point out things that need to be clarified as clearly it is not the most complete article just now.
