OOC Community for Olympians

Hello everyone,

I held off on posting until the game opened properly, but now I have no excuse to delay. To introduce myself: I go by M, I'm GMT+1 and I prefer threading to AIM.

My one and only character so far is Dimitri Proffit, former Olympic swimmer and currently the public face of various charitable and environmental protection organizations. He used to be Amphitrie, goddess of the sea, but she quickly fell out of favor with poets and writers when she married Poseidon (who took her crown and fancied himself the only lord of the seas).

Today, Dimitri is quite thrilled that he's not a god(dess) anymore and keen to stay on the sidelines of any inter-pantheon conflict. Of course, being as I am a great fan of plot and conflict, I'm eager to change this as soon as possible.

Then I swear I'll STFU for a bit. We had Hermes join the game as of last night, so if you've not updated since then, please go hit the friend button. We had a ton of holds expire today, and are still pretty obviously low on female characters. Persephone, Medusa, Pasithena, Dionysus, Psyche and Artemis are the few lingering holds from before opening, but some of the bigger goddesses were wiped. If you want anyone in the game who isn't listed above, please take a second to request them here.

More specifics on the New Crusaders will be coming soon, really really sorry I haven't composed this yet. Feel free to throw up threads if you're comfortable, I should have a thread for a group of people here soonish.
