Loki arrived the next day, with another basket, this time it contained bread and bottle of water. He smirked at the determined look on the Agents face, he had the same look yesterday and had even caved then. He wondered how long the man would tolerate today's whippings.
"Today we're going to do something a little different, I am going ask you questions." Two Loki clones appeared from the shadows and grabbed the man by the arms and forced him into a chair, and tying him to it roughly. "I'm going to teach you how to hold your tongue, in a way very close to my heart"
From the basket he pulled out the muzzle Thor had used on him, and turned it over, showing the agent the others crueler side of the device. Out of the smooth metal of the device, jutted a long flat piece of metal, roughly the shape of a mouth. Set into the piece of metal were several sharp and malicious looking hooks or barbs. It was a variant on what the mortals called a Scolds Bridle, however they had used a cage that enveloped the entire head. The device when fitted onto the victim forced the metal plate between their teeth and the barbs would hook into the tongue and rip the flesh apart should they try to speak. Loki had experienced this agony for his lies and trickery, now Coulson - should he choose not to cooperate - would experience it for his impudence. He paused a beat, to see if the agent realised what it was.
