Lockheed saw Bruce come in first, and when Kitty wasn't looking he blew out a small puff of smoke. There...may have been a mutual dislike. He lifted his chin up smugly before he whipped around to flutter off, probably to some other shelf or dark corner where he could watch them--or sleep. Kitty eyed the dragon very briefly before turning to Bruce, smiling as she came down from the ladder.
"That would be correct," she said, and thank goodness he knew her because she probably wouldn't have remembered to. It was pretty easy to lose track of time there in the bookstore. Kitty thanked him for the lunch (and the roses, her favorite) with a kiss. "Hey you." She smiled tenderly. "How'd your meditation go?"
