Inside, it was so warm and sweet that it didn't feel like so much of a concern, and Jasper took the scenic route by the fresh rolls and steaming pies before coming around to the counter where he could consider the sticky donuts. Nobody had told him what kind of donuts he needed to get. "Coulson told me three dozen," he said to Wicked, pointing to the array of donuts to illustrate and invite her consideration, "and that the fate of the world depended on it, but he wasn't very particular." Jasper didn't want to cause the apocalypse because he didn't get enough chocolate.
