No one's reading the old post, are they? idk I stopped a long time ago. Let's have another one!
Before I get into that, because I'm going to forget again: Li Hua doesn't have posting access to the OM_net. What is up with that?
Okay, zombies:
1. The response to this was kind of 'lolidk comics!' in the last post, which works great until you realize you actually have to deal with shit: are the zombies dead, and the cure actually brings them back to life? Okay, that still works as 'comics!', as long as we don't think too hard about the far-reaching consequences of that black magic. Maybe Reed, in his eternal ability to be an asshole, can only bring flesh-eating zombies back to life and not six year olds with brain tumours. Seriously, what an asshole.
The second part of that question is: how much higher brain function do they have? We know mutant and meta-human zombies maintain their powers, so are they constantly ON or do they know well enough to selectively use them for maximum damage? This is going to be hugely important if anyone gets turned and has to play that out. The way Devon put it: is this normal zombies, or Marvel Zombies? I haven't read that shit so I hope it makes sense to someone else.
2. Okay, okay, okay. The Raft seems like a favoured location for zombie survivors. Li Hua is a total badass. In the last post, she was going to be a total badass with the Heroes for Hire girls, but what about this: the result of this latest post she has with Ben (and Spider-Man?) is she gets arrested and Spider-Man gets to look like a big hero. So she's in the prison when this zombie shit goes down. She will clear that mess out and is willing to take in you sad survivors for safekeeping as long as you accept her as Queen of the Zombie Prison.
3. The way I'm understanding it, there's going to be about 3.5 groups, right? The SHIELD group, probably on the Helicarrier which may or may not crash into the city, an NYC group which is like heroes searching for survivors and huddling together, the X-Mansion group who have to defend the school and...sort of the WCA/sort of Genosha. Pietro can just run off, Wanda can just teleport, and Genosha doesn't get infected.
So, I guess, try to get yourself in a group with characters yours otherwise doesn't get to interact with? I think the only reason we don't just all go to Westchester is because we all have multiple characters and don't want to deal with that. Unless everyone thinks we could make that cool? But this is a good opportunity to make connections you can't otherwise justify, is the point.
4. Does HYDRA have their own safehouse? Since they had extra time to prepare and all.
5. Who else wants to go on a zombie roadtrip?
