It was sort of a rare treat in K'un-lun, at least for those of us who were training. We'd get it on special occasions with fruit, or when someone could sneak a bowl in from somewhere. Between us, I've never liked the consistency much, though. It's not my favorite thing. Still, I'd probably trade all the sesame chicken in Brooklyn for a bowl of rice pudding with gingered pears from K'un-lun.
