"Mmm hmm," she answered shortly, trying to see through the haze of heat and black smoke billowing around them. Their shields kept a fresh pocket of air for them to breathe but Wanda did not particularly care to waste it. She listened, trying to hear sounds of struggle or cries for help. It was the former she finally discerned as they got farther into the building, ever mindful of debris and the danger of falling walls and bits of ceiling. The firemen were working on extinguishing the blaze and a few of them had joined the Avengers pair in trying to find survivors. There were three in a room, away from the point the missile hit, though they were in terrible shape. For a moment she considered teleporting them but then was not sure she could keep up Hawkeye's shield if she did so and instead opted to help lead them out into the open air and waiting paramedics.
