Wanda nodded, listening to his advice with quiet acquiescence. "Trust," Wanda murmured when he'd finished speaking. "My weak square. I wasn't trying for any trouble, or doing anything stupidly noble. Not like before. I just got a call from someone I thought I could trust. He said he needed my help. So I went to meet him. I thought it would be quick. I figured I'd be back at Nick's before midnight. When I got to my place, S-" she paused in her explanation and bit her lip, hard. Wanda realized they'd probably figured it out, but this was the first time she'd actually tried to say who had taken her. She took a deep breath and began anew, "Sinister was waiting. With chloroform. I couldn't even fight it, I just... pushed out my power. I lost control. I've rarely felt so helpless," she finished in a whisper.
Reaching out she plucked the pill bottle from his fingers and stared at with a bitter expression. "I lost myself because I put faith in the wrong person." Wanda met his gaze then, her own ashamed. At least she could trust Tony. Her mouth twisted in a sad smile at the thought and she brushed the fingers of her free hand through his hair. At least there was Pietro and Cap and even Nick. That was worth something, despite her mistake.
