Be my mirror, my sword, my shield... Characters: Magnus, Mystique Setting: Manor gardens, Genosha Content: Idk Summary: Magnus would like Mystique to take care of a little nuisance.
Magnus had never considered himself to be particularly petty. In his position, criticisms and insults were expected and really those who flung them at him were obviously too unintelligent or unenlightened to understand him. It was with this in mind that he tried to forget Thomas' unexpected phonecall and write it off as the folly of a hotheaded youth. Still, it irked him a little, that the child actually believed he had power enough to make threats. As the days passed Magnus decided that the stubborn boy certainly needed to learn his place. He had been a guest in Magnus' home and he was a guest in this universe. He ought to be a little more courteous and perhaps a little more grateful that Magnus hadn't just killed him in the first place. He wasn't really his grandson, after all, and it was only be virtue of Magnus' kindness that he allowed the boy to live. He owed Thomas Shepard nothing. Magnus had the call traced and found out where exactly the boy was staying. He would send Mystique to handle it and if nothing else she would probably relish the opportunity. Wanda cared about these children and perhaps that fact alone would be incentive enough for Mystique to be willing to punish young mister Shepard. He told one of his servants to find her and meet him out in the east garden where he sat, smoking a cigarette and listening idly to the calls of birds. It was a beautiful day today.
