Magnus' eyes were rolling wildly and he sneered. "I couldn't care less what you do to him!" he lied. It was not supposed to be this way. His gaze continued to dart and he looked for visible metal, his mind in too much turmoil to feel for it. He hadn't worn his helmet tonight, had no protection against mental assault- though at the moment his thoughts were warring with themselves quite enough without any outside intervention.
