When the Web Head realized what was going on, he quickly lurched up and shot a web line as Cat's body, but it was too late. She was already too far off for it to make contact. The Cat that got away. Spider-Man scowled under his mask as he watched the mysterious woman disappear into the horizon. He mentally screamed at himself. How could he be so reckless? This wasn't a game and now one of the bad guys had gotten away.
There was a loud explosion from further into the city, and Spider-Man knew it to be the Hulk. He was running out of time, and had none to spare for any of this. If he was going to save some lives and to try to stop the Hulk from destroying Manhatan, he needed to get on his way.
But first, he had to take care of some business here. Spider-Man turned and glared at the plasma mutant. "I don't know who you are and why your here, but you and I aren't finished just yet." He sounded hot underneath his mask. "If I find out one of those toys of your hurts anyone, there's going to be a mutant smear on the wall." He guessed she was a mutant. What other teenaged youngsters appeared in New York that could control things like plasma. Certainly wasn't one of his bad guys. They usually were tech based and middle aged.
With that said, Spidey fired off a web line and swung away towards the Hulk. The only thing he knew for certain was that he was about to get thrashed.
