Cassie had certainly earned the Hulk's attention and now he was trying to make a grab for her as she dodged out of the way. When he realized the large blonde female thing wasn't going to be still for him, the Hulk began throwing punches. He would make her be still. Cassie continued to dodge successfully- he was powerful but he wasn't exactly lithe- and was just congratulating herself on the fact that years of self-defense classes had paid off when the Hulk got fed up and swung a car at her face. Cassie couldn't dodge that, and it hurt. "Ugh!" she clutched at her face and stumbled back, steadying herself against a building with her free hand. There was probably a black eye and that crack she'd heard was likely her nose breaking and the warm wetness gushing from her nose into her mouth and trickling from a busted lip down her chin was not a good sign. So distracted was she that Cassie hardly had time to scream as the Hulk wrapped two hands around her waist and lifted her, mumbling incoherently. Cassie squirmed fruitlessly in his grip until she remembered- oh, right, she could shrink. Not just Giant Girl after all. The problem was that the Hulk's hands were holding her pretty high off the ground and the smaller she was the farther the fall would be. Oh well. Risks. She shrank and began falling and tried to grow herself out again as she fell so the hit wouldn't be so hard but the ground was coming up fast and she'd only made it to normal size. This was still going to hurt really pretty badly.
