The girl didn't appear to hear her, or if she did she wasn't recognizing what Lorna was saying. She scrambled to the top and crouched down as a car was hurled only feet over her head to slam off of the side of the bridge before careening into the distance.
"Are you serious?" she hollered. "Watch where you're throwing things you overgrown psycho!" And as she spoke, the girl's hair began to roil, whipping around her while the colors started to dance in her eyes, her vision fading away.
She could see them. The tiniest little sparkling yellow lights. She reached out for them and started to pull as her consciousness drifted upwards.
What Lorna would see was someone who could easily have been Storm's kid daughter, if she'd gotten knocked up as a teenager and not told anyone about it. She was floating up on a current, electricity forming at her fingertips and arcing out towards the hulk, just enough to get him more mad even as the temperature all around them got more cold, the sounds of thunder and falling sleet audible.
