Thankful for the seat, Teddy mirrored her pose with a knee forced up on one of the chair's arms, slouched with his chin on his chest and hands folded over his stomach so they didn't seem like they had so much nothing to do. "You left so mad the other day, I thought, you know. I wanted to see how you were?" he tried, only realizing as he said it that this could have been the reason for his chilly welcome.
