The cabby snatched her twenty dollar bill from her gloved finger tips as the yellow car pulled to a stop beside the latest fashion in coffee shops. "Should I wait?" Rogue mumbled a "no" and slipped from the cab and out into the bright day, green eyes squinting against the sudden light. Wind played with the silver strands in her hair, the southern belle manuvered through the crowd and pulled open the door to the small shop. The smell of coffee beans, freshly brewed, filled her nose and she scanned the room, it didn't take long for her to find the man she had come to see.
No doubt he was aware of her presence and Rogue took her time moving to the table, sinking down on the cushion. She was fully covered today, scarf around of her neck and long gloves on her arms. She didn't want to take any risks, period. "Professor." The word still rang with respect despite the fact that she hadn't been on his team for a month or so.
