Jean's cheeks flared as his lifted her easily onto his back, her arms looped around his neck. It was strange...when she was a kid her dad would do the same thing...except without the super speed and daunting steel eyes. Despite her calm appearence, she held onto him tighter...especially when the world blurred and wind cut through her.
By the time they made it to the city which was in seconds, she was pale and shaking, her body barely able to hold itself up as he placed her back on the ground. It still felt like she was flying or running...but slowly her vision was clearing. "You are...crazy." She laughed for a moment, green eyes sparkling beneath her red hair.
But now on to what she wanted to do and she lifted her gaze to the skyscrapers and the then the people and the shops...it was magical in a way a car could not make possible. "I always wanted to walk in the park here...I know its huge. Or see some of the sights..."
