Jean nodded, frowning at his comment about the the good guys being the bad guys. " Not all of us", she said quietly. The X-Men were generally good, Lorna was just upset...she would be better in a bit. " I know it doesn't seem like it..." She said with a shy smile, wind tugging on her hair and spinning them around her neck and shoulders like a thick scarf.
Her own feet halted in the soft grass by the glistening water, her green eyes drifting from the ripples to the boy crouched by the edge. At the mention of the intended date, the telepath felt a slight warmth creep upon her cheeks...that was new lingo for her. " It's not bad." She wishd things had gone better between Lorna and Tommy, but she couldn't change the past...just move forward.
" Nah, only the cute ones", her voice was low, the red deepening across her skin at the words...boys never came to visit her. "Actually...you would be the first." She looked a way, allowing her hair to hide the embarressment.
