Colleen speared a half-cooked green bean off its dish and crunched into it, her tongue stinging from all the salt. She sucked in her lips and swallowed, turning away briefly to blow air out of her cheeks. "Have fun with it," she eventually said, looking back to Misty with a forced smile on her face. "You're doing great." Colleen made a note to cook next time. Mrs. Delaney's views on marital roles were wildly outdated anyway; she wouldn't have to know. "We're not having her over, are we?" she asked, pouring them glasses of wine. "On the other hand, she could have some intel on Ruby."
