Colleen blotted her lips and met Danny's gaze through the mirror. "As simply and cautiously as possible," she proposed, leaning slightly closer to the glass as she went on to fix her mascara. "We're the outsiders, we'll need to be discreet. We go in, keep an eye and ear out for anything that can give us a lead, and make superficial bids if we have to, so it's not so obvious what we're doing." She drew back and blew air out of her cheeks, turned around to face him. "Little contact. But the second it seems like they've caught on, we go quietly. If they let us." And they might not, if they felt threatened enough, in which case Colleen and Danny would have to prepared for that. She stepped forward to fix his tie. "What do you think? Could we do something differently?" Besides scrapping the hazardous mission altogether.
