"Danny." Colleen frowned, leaning forward to find his gaze. "Hey. What happened wasn't your fault. There was more bee venom in your system than the average person could handle. It was a hallucinogenic, what one sting could do to a person, you endured 10 times over." She held his chin and turned his face so he'd have to look at her. It was just like Danny to punish himself for something he had no control over. "It put you in a dangerous place, and it could've happened to just about anyone." Colleen dropped her hand, staring meaningfully. "You can't blame yourself for that."
