While this seemed like the perfect place for Hulk to hang out and work through some of his destructive energy without puncturing a bulkhead and dooming them all, Tony would think he would be easier to spot. As it was, he was suspiciously quiet, like this was not only his activity room, but a cozy nap place as well. As they slowly came to wait on the matted floor, Iron Man braced his hands on his hips, taking a dramatic look around the place for someone who should have made an incomparable presence.
"No wonder it's been quiet around here," he said. "You've been kept off the streets. Are you really playing gardener?" Tony sucked a hissing breath through his teeth. "Maybe that's the problem. Hulk doesn't need opportunity to be Hulk, but Banner isn't much of a fighter if he doesn't have a good reason." That was probably definitely not it, but if the Hulk wasn't being destructive, Tony didn't see why Betty should suffer a lifestyle change over it. "Did you two even want to have kids?"
