There were, of course, a lot of good reasons for the Jovians to be concerned, especially with Earthlings in charge of this massive construction, but that was why this meeting was so important and they had to establish-- "Ah--" Tony shivered as Steve very effectively won his attention, toes curling again at the vibration of Steve's warm voice then stretching out with what felt like every other fiber of Tony to reach for Steve as he pulled away. "Can't," he still managed to pant, letting Steve close the app and shifting it to Extremis' attention. This pillow was too hot now and Tony blindly shoved it away, pushing the heels of his hands down the bed in his stretch for Steve until he reached his limit and had to grip the sheets instead, smiling and disarmed again at the sight of him. God, he was so beautiful it was unfair, and Tony tried to draw himself closer, shifting his shoulders down the bed with a tug on the sheets and bending his knees up until he was digging his heels in, back arched and thighs pressed to Steve's shoulders. With his head tilted back, though, he could refocus, continuing, "They could help. Make it better. Become useful to the galaxy." And with that, the other planets might start to take them seriously, trade with them, welcome them into their big galactic government. Wasn't that the goal?
