Re: SHIELD Cell
At first, Nick didn't have anything to say either, regarding her with his mouth in a tight frown and his arms across his chest. He stared her down, unblinking, and when he finally spoke his voice was low and strained. "You're a mother. I get it. So lets just skip everything else you fucked up for a second and focus on that. Did you think about anybody but yourself? Did you even spare a single thought for your son? Because pulling a stunt like this, the instability and assault, ought to get you put the fuck away and while the only baby you've still got left is taken from you. Is it worth that?" It was harsh, sure, but he was angry for that poor little boy whose mother had lost her fucking mind. Angry about the people she'd attacked who were shitheads, sure, but had nothing to do with kidnapping her kid. Angry about the undercover agents and long operation her recklessness endangered. Angry for the whole god damn Sphere that now had to fear retaliation from a lot of pissed off mutants. This was a clusterfuck.
