"Because you're just so damn cute when you do." Betty flashed him a cheeky grin before lifting Bart off her shoulder. "You're a wanted criminal, sweetiepie," she whispered, "and this is a no-kitty zone. Go on before the Hulk gets hungry." Kneeling by the open door, Betty watched as the General padded off, pouncing after some tiny thing he'd just spotted on the ground. Pulling her hair back into a ponytail, she went off to grab her lab coat, then came back, putting on her gloves.
"We've got a few more embryos in the freezer, checked. I'll decomtaminate the soil cultures, and take a look at our lab tests, and rerun them just to be on the safe side. Easy peasy." Stepping back to Bruce's side, she leaned carefully against the lab table and smiled up at him. "So how are you? How's the crop and rotation analysis lookin'?"
