There had been plenty of footage of that woman for Jasper to understand where that conclusion would come from; she wreaked havoc clear across the borough, and went completely alone. If he hadn't been so close to that man on the helicarrier, if the fear hadn't been so strong there and left him, inexplicably, as Jasper plummetted to the ground, he would have believed it, too. "There was a man...everyone went crazy, I swear it was worse on the helicarrier than it was on the ground. The civilians didn't know what was happening, of course they were scared, but all of those agents should have had more control. That woman was a soldier. The general was in the air." That was a lot of business for a sickbed, but Jasper still looked on expectantly as he pressed his lips together, hopeful for approval or at least understanding. They might not have won the battle, but they were smarter now, none more so than Captain America who had faced one of the terrorists and lived now with the knowledge of her skills. They'd win the next one for sure with him in command.
