This was not the time to have a conversation, especially one so philisophical. Daisy was responsible for moving Earth and righting a wicked wrong. If they wanted to talk about responsible for all of this, they would have to go back a few years and examine the nature of innocence, fear and justice. Captain America had played his own part to bring them here.
The girl weilding the hammer didn't stop or slow down enough to respond, but thundered on and swung with all of the energy of her sprint and the staggering weight of the hammer to land an explosive blow directly on the target of Captain America's shield. The energy of the connecting force threw back cars and blew out windows, shaking the less steady buildings from their foundations to slouch and begin to slide inward toward the ground. Only the vibranium shield could have produced a blast like that; Daisy couldn't be solely responsible.
