Okay, so he wasn't freaking out over bad service. Just the fact that his supposedly dead ex only showed up without warning, telling him it was going to be okay. Perfectly understandable. And if it wasn't that, all the years spent outside of each other's lives leading up to this abrupt reunion still applied. At least Betty knew that Bruce wasn't dead after all, that he was out of space, and the Hulk was green as ever. He looked like he was seeing a ghost. But she stayed put despite feeling a little warm herself, and cleared her throat.
"What about some fresh air?" Because clearly, standing there like a damn ghost of girlfriends past wasn't the solution, but neither was leaving Bruce there in a panic, wondering if he'd just imagined her. And if he was going to Hulk out, the big guy might appreciate the open space. She knew she would. But then, Betty wasn't going to pretend she knew what was best for him anymore. "We could talk," she offered; it would be weird not to now. "That might help."
