That was incredibly reassuring, and Tony could have stayed there in the radiant warmth of Steve until he fell asleep again on his feet. It was a good thing Steve brought caffeine. And-- "Who told you about Pepper?" That was jolt enough to stand Tony up tall, fuck, another thing he was supposed to be on top of. That was okay, he could fix this. Someone from PR was always awake. "Listen--don't worry about me," he insisted, already gravitating toward the desk and finally taking a gulp of his coffee. "Thor's staying at my place. If you need to put a team together quick, he'd be a good place to start-- flyer and a heavy hitter in one, and he could use the exercise. Just, uh, spend some time with him, at least." With another gulp, Tony pushed the cup onto the desk so he could turn back to Steve, both hands out to ease him back. "And make sure he figured out food, if you're going there now. I didn't really...The fridge would be empty, I didn't really think about it." Now he was thinking about it and his stomach chimed in with a painful gurgle of the acidic coffee, but that was so far down on Tony's list of immediate concerns that he only frowned with irritation. "And you...you're okay, right?"
