That was asking a lot and he sighed at that last 'please'. There was no way he could outright tell her no, go off and confront Calvin when she point blank asked him not to. If the opportunity arose, however, he wasn't sure he could just keep silent and Kurt wasn't going to lie about that. "I trust you, Kitty," he finally said, after an obvious inner struggle with her request. "And I know you'll handle this in whatever way you feel best."
"I don't want to make it worse, but it sounds like his behavior was disrespectful- to both of us. I don't know if I can promise that I won't talk to him about it-" Kurt paused and raised a hand to assure her, "Just talk to him." He gave a small wry grin; they both knew that could be difficult. Trying to just talk to Calvin hadn't turned out well in the past, but Kurt could try harder to be patient if he ever had this conversation with Calvin. "If it comes up. Not right away." If Kurt saw Calvin right now he couldn't guarantee that he wouldn't hit him. Calvin had that affect on people.
