Kurt nodded, though he was frowning, not quite sure he believed that a remodel for the plane was the reason for the look he'd seen on her face. The way she'd turned away from him didn't exactly bode well, either. "Whatever you think's best, I'll come up with the funds," he said, wondering what could be wrong (or what he'd done for her to be so standoffish). After a long silence in which he studied the side of the Blackbird, he stepped cautiously near her to examine the blueprint over her shoulder. "Is anything else bothering you?" he asked softly. Kurt wasn't going to pry if she insisted nothing was the matter, but if Kitty really was upset he hoped that he'd be able to help.
