Loki appeared in the front garden in a swirl of green and gold, not much concerned about appearances, given how close they were to obtaining the cube. He'd been off making preparations and making contingency plans for if he could not obtain the cube right away. He had spent the better part of an hour interrogating S.H.I.E.L.D operatives under the influence of the sceptre and making sure to wipe their memories. It had been a long and arduous process, but he knew everything he needed to now. Still the comfort of that did not prepare him for the utter carnage waged upon the house, Thor's presence was definitely noticeable, given the chunks of wall missing. In the house next door he could see the residents peering out looking fearful, so he rolled his eyes and walked up to the partitioning fence.
"It would be advisable for you to leave now," He said, his female guise making his words a little less harsh, it was much easier to fake sincerity with a different face. The man standing nearest to the window, clutching a double barrelled shot gun to his chest, cocked his head, obviously not having heard. Behind him, what Loki assumed was his wife, patted him on the shoulder, her lips moving and she urged him forward. Loki tutted, a little aggravated, he wasn't really in the mood to be pandering to mortals. Unfortunately when one masquerades as a hero, one must act like said hero.
The window slowly opened and the middle aged balding gentlemen stuck his head out. "W-w-what was that miss?" He asked, stuttering, obviously not the most lion hearted of men.
"I said it would be prudent, that you take your family and leave the area. Perhaps a friends, just until the... situation is under control." The sweetness in his female voice, seemed to ease their tension, but inside Loki was trying his hardest not to just walk away and leave them to their fate, thoughts of obtaining the cube most pressing. He turned back as he heard another explosion of dust and brick and vaguely heard the fellows stuttered "Y-Y-yes ma'am!"
