"I find her DNA fascinating and full of potential. The kind of genes that have a real chance of bringing me that much closer to fulfilling my dream. I deal with her personality because I must to get that which I want. But she is far too much of a defeatist. Always whining that she can't ever touch, that she has to protect others from herself and other such repetitive nonsense. Of course she'll never be able to touch anyone. If she keeps up that attitude no one will want to get close enough to do so. It's rather draining to have to constantly reassure her that a cure is possible when she's all but convinced herself she's never going to get better. The constant trouble she seems to get herself into is clearly her subconscious acting out and begging for the attention she craves, so everyone can see how much she sacrifices for their benefit. A veritable martyr in her own mind."
If Sinister were the kind of man to roll his eyes, he would have been doing it right then and there.
