Iron Man didn't turn to Pietro again, his head kept straight as if he was going to keep rigid vigilance. Pietro didn't have to know that he was looking straight at him and scanning the local newspapers for a sudoku puzzle.
It took certain self-control not to tell Pietro that Mr. Stark had said he was barely tolerable and had met less petulant five-year-olds. He almost didn't say anything at all, but decided, "What do you think Mr. Stark told me?" would get more of a squirm out of him. A beat later, he added, "We have to compare notes."
