"Dreaming," she nodded. "Possibly having a nightmare, can't be sure." Kate smiled and took a look at the costume anyway, and touched the fabric. Sequins. Kate slowly shook her head, but could appreciate Wicked's efforts; she couldn't say it was the worst costume she'd seen. Her sister called for her attention; Kate glanced over. Nope, that sassy apple princess atrocity one was thus far. Now Susan was just being an ass.
"My sister." In case Wicked wondered who the giggling carbon copy with bad taste was. Still, Kate smiled a little bit at her sister's apparent enthusiasm--there was some endearment there, beneath all the trolling. Anyway. "Know what you're gonna be, yet?" Kate asked as she lightly skimmed more of the costumes. Like her sister in a way, Wicked seemed like the kind of girl who would go all out for Halloween and enjoy every second of it, which was totally cool. Go big or go home, as they said.
