As It just so happened that day Namor was in New York on separate business. He was looking around the finance district of the city for possible allies. The plan was to bribe his way around by channeling funds. It wasn't terribly difficult to get things moving. After all Namor still had his corporate mask Oracle and the corrupt always seemed more than willing to take in a few more well placed donations. Namor was just leaving the Chrysler Building when he noticed the missed call. He quickly checked on the sender and then the message. After listening to her voice he smiled. This was going to be fun. Of course, he'd have to call her immediately back. He could afford to give Susan Storm that much of a luxury.
It didn't take long for his call to go through and after about two rings he heard her pick up on the other line. "Well, well.. Look who it is. The one and only Susan Storm. Or should I say The Invisible Girl? I don't suppose you've agreed to leaving that cretin yet, have you?" He didn't wait for a reply. She always had the same answer there, though it didn't stop him from trying. "Fortunately I do have a good reason for the things I've done. I always do. Today that reason is Brunch. You will join me in say an hour? Since this is... just as you say, a deal with you alone."
