And Loki is terrific at wooing people... when he wants to of course.
It would be prudent for Sally to probably get with more of the local news and possibly brush up on her Norse Mythology maybe. She was far too naive and trusting for her own good and Loki could see that, he didn't feel bad about that, seeing as it only made his plan easier to execute. The trick would be in the detail, if he could befriend her and gain her absolute trust, she would be much more likely to lend a hand in his newest schemes. It was also helped by the fact that technically he was causing mischief in the name of good. The plan was exquisite in its mind fuckery, he wasn't technically doing anything wrong, except manipulating and bending the rules to achieve his own ends. It was deliciously convoluted and he couldn't quite believe his luck.
"I am not hungry, but I will happily accompany you wherever you wish to go, if that is agreeable to you?" He would have to play this carefully, two parts kindness with a dash of chivalry, that and a slight hint of flirtation. "You needn't pay me back, I was glad to help." People didn't call him Silver Tongue for no reason, he thought as he gave her a charming smile.
