Wow, a balcony! Jasper didn't know people actually had those with tables and everything in New York City. It was almost like having a patio, but higher and the neighbours couldn't drop by. That was pretty New York. This place probably had other neat things, or 'cute' things if that was how Ms. Van Dyne managed her real estate. Did she really buy a kitchen she didn't use because it was cute? Jasper was in over his head.
"I could teach you some things," he offered as he arranged his collection on the table. "I mean, you could take some classes," he amended, thinking that may have sounded very forward and didn't want to give her the impression that he was...forward. Unless she wanted him to be. Then he was Fabio. "If you have the time," he continued as he pulled Ms. Van Dyne's chair out for her, "between the Avenging and stuff."
