"Could be," she agreed, still smiling, vaguely aware from the tone of their banter that was just on the verge of flirtatious that she had become the mysterious Hot Chick at the bar. That was a role she could play at, one she hadn't played at in long awhile. This was refreshing. She would have happily gone along a little while longer, eager for a way to break the monotony of the hospital room with her parade of visitors gone and no working television. The guy almost ruined it with his halting question but her grin only widened and she raised her eyebrows at him, keeping her tone light. "I'm not a lot of things," she said with a shrug. "I might be something else. Who do you think I am?" Probably he'd recognized her but she didn't see why that had to change anything. They were on pretty equal footing here, anyway, indisposed and sharing a hospital room at S.H.I.E.L.D. If he was someone Nick Fury was coming to see then his butt that she hadn't seen probably deserved as much respect as he seemed to think the Avengers warranted.
