Cured by a serum he should have had control over but things didn't always work out as they should and, what could he say, he'd been having an especially trying time in life recently. All of these losses shouldn't have come as any surprise. "And the people of Genosha are safe and the mutants will be cured. Happily ever after," of course there was a note of bitterness now, he couldn't take every set back gracefully and now that the cure had slipped out of his grasp, Magnus would probably have some petty feud with Atlantis to contend with as well. What more could go wrong?
