It was subtle, but Li Hua only opened one eye back and didn't answer for a beat like she was just as suspicious, her face otherwise so stone cold that she just might have been. The girl had taken her time, ruminated and eventually did relax and let something go, which was a strong first step as long as she let herself settle in it and not instinctively tense herself up again. "If I was," Li Hua answered carefully, rolling her shoulder's back slightly like she was ready to fight about it, "how would you clear your mind?" That should have been fine enough motivation, unless this girl really did have some deep shame. Then she would be focusing on it obsessively, and maybe wasn't ready yet for quiet meditation. A good night's sleep would be the first step in that kind of breakthrough. "What concerns you?" Li Hua continued, eyes closed then to offer the girl a little sanctuary rather that a cutting stare. "What is the result of knowing your thoughts? Does it frighten you?" With her eyes closed, she didn't seem terribly receptive to an answer, either, unless the girl needed more guidance.
