Now her smile faltered and then was gone completely. "Yeah," she answered, "His first day back. We haven't talked about it, since. I don't think he-" she waved vaguely and shook her head. "Quite appreciates the reasoning. It doesn't matter, I don't mind," she added hastily, before Clint got annoyed on her behalf or something. "It's not like anything can change now, you know?" She'd already said so, but what was done was done. She'd been heard out by Pietro and Cap at least and Tony, she would deal with him later. Pietro, she suspected, would always support her even if he didn't understand why she made the choices she did. Steve seemed willing to at least work with her and let her regain his trust, so that was something. Really, a start was all she needed.
A start she wouldn't have been able to even have without Clint, she acknowledged. For his support in LA and on the road, for coming with her to get Pietro and then taking her side after. For being here right now even giving a damn about how things had gone when she'd talked to the others. Clint's being here at the Raft at all had her curious. They'd been given the option to leave once they'd learned the terms and Wanda had been a little surprised even then that Clint had stuck with them, it seemed to chafe him and he already hadn't been on the best terms with Tony and Cap then. Hearing him go on about Tony now she had to ask, "Why are you still here?" It wasn't caustic, merely curious. Clint had always been a loner, she knew that, and he'd quit the Avengers in the past and this situation was definitely one that could likely put even the best team player to the test.
