Actually, yes, Tony did think that and he let Pietro read it on his face and consider, maybe, that he should work on some behavioral correction in the future. If he couldn't manage that, Tony's expression of contempt would quickly become one of exhaustion and eventually he wasn't going to bother to look at all. That was hurting Tony already.
Tony's furrowed brow jumped up in surprise, though, when Pietro tossed a bunch of information at him at once that apparently he was supposed to understand. The fate of the Tower was arguable, but 'and Genosha'-- blown up? 'You'? Tony had intended to leave him there until he had the plan and the resources to get him out, and that plan certainly didn't involve blowing anything up. "Pump the fucking breaks," he instructed, stopping any more revelations by holding up his gloved hands where the glow of his repulsors would shine in Pietro's eyes.
