"It's true," Kate remarked, before helping to get Coulson around to the back seat. She wasn't sure if ignoring the elephant in the room was practical or not--she didn't trust Loki to leave it alone--but it was a good enough plan for her. It was doable for her anyway, if it meant keeping any future problems at bay, then that's what it would have to be. She trusted Tony. At the very least, the awkward silence would be stupidly painful, but she figured that could be remedied somehow. Her iPod wasn't dead yet.
